The Metro @ Compton Senior Apartments is a 75-unit, sustainably designed and transit-oriented affordable multifamily community for seniors aged 55 and older. The development provides future residents a better, more walkable lifestyle in an  urban neighborhood. The community is located within walking distance to the Martin Luther King Transit Center, several Los Angeles Metro bus stops, the light rail Metro Blue Line, as well as various local services, including a grocery store, bank, library, park, and the Compton Town Hall.

Anderson-Barker obtained site control, updated the zoning to permit housing, and secured the right to develop for a prominent senior housing development corporation.
